Hi there! Tomorrow I am going to London and I am so EXCITED!! I go back to London, for a short, but amazing shopping trip. It’s our little tradition to go to London during the Christmas period. Not only because London is freaking amazing during Christmas, also because the sale is crazy. I thought it would be nice to share with you what you can find in MyStyleSuitcase! For little trips I only take hand luggage, so you can hop off the plane and go! Also because we stay for only three days, it is a waste of time to wait for your luggage.
Mostly I make a list of all the things I want to take with me. I think that’s very important because I always forget things. So here is a quick list of things you can’t forget when you are going on a little trip:
- Chargers! Think about your camera, phone, portable charger
- If you travel from Europe to the VS or UK, think about adapters!
- Headphones
- Wallet, your passport and your driver’s licence
- A travel journal. I love to write a diary about my trips
- Sunglasses
- Blistering plasters
- Make-up
- Swimwear and anti sunburn creme, if you go somewhere tropical!
- Your vitamines or medicines
- Your phone! 😉
- Pencils to write things down
- Lip Balm
What you can find in my Carry on:

Because I just take hand luggage with me, I have to pack my suitcase very efficiently. I always iron my clothes before I pack, so they are as flat as possible and the last items I pack are my socks and underwear, so you can cram them in the little spaces in your suitcase.
I am a huge fan of little pouches. I am a very organized person, so I always put my stuff in various little bags and pouches. I always take my ‘VIP bag in bag’ with me. It’s so handy. All kinds of little compartments.
I hope this will help you and stay tuned for more!
