Los Angeles

After my four weeks in San Diego, I traveled from San Diego along the Highway One up north to LA and San Francisco. Between LA and San Francisco there are so many pieces of heaven, everyone should know of! So I’ll share my whole trip with you, day by day, so if you ever go to California, you know where to go. This blogpost is only about Los Angeles.

Day 1.

I left San Diego for Los Angeles. There are a few nice beaches between San Diego and LA, such as Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and Long Beach, but I knew there were many beautiful beaches to come, so I went to Los Angeles straight away. I stayed in Santa Monica, the first day I wanted to explore Santa Monica Pier, Muscle Beach and Main Street. I had dinner at M Street Kitchen and I had the Double Decker Turkey Burger. AMAZING.

Day 2.

DISNEYLAND!!! The next blogpost will be all about my experiences in Disneyland. That day was our first day in Venice, it was so nice there. Such a relaxed atmosphere. We had dinner at Larry’s and it was really good!

Day 4.

Our last day in Los Angeles. First we went to Downtown LA, because I wanted to visit The Broad Museum. I should have made reservations in advance, because there was a line of two hours and it was sold out till July… So buy your tickets in advance!!! We had lunch at Bottega Louie, soooo delicious and trendy. I had Eggs Benedict and an eclair. After lunch we went to Abbot Kinney to shop till we dropped. I loved Abbot Kinney, so cosy and really nice shops. Also go to Miansai, the most beautiful jewelry. Afterwards we had diner in La Vecchia Cuisina. Really good traditional Italian food.
